Subscription Advantage

performance at all times. Citrix Subscription Advantage is the easiest
way to keep business-critical computing environments running at maximum
efficiency. It provides a convenient way to budget for your Citrix
upgrades annually, without having to anticipate variable costs
throughout the year. In addition, you get priority access to important
Citrix technology information and customer service news all year long.
Benefits
For
eligible products, the initial year of Subscription Advantage™ is
included* for products purchased under the (Easy/OPEN/FLEX) sales
discount program(s) as well as our standard “shrink-wrap” products
(products not purchased under a sales discount program). For
eligibility in the Citrix Subscription Advantage Program, consult your
End User License Agreement for that Citrix product.
*Some Citrix products are offered both with or without included
Subscription Advantage™ (optional). Please consult your authorized
Citrix Solution Advisor for a list of products with optional
Subscription Advantage™.
Membership in Subscription Advantage provides priority access to:
Product Version Updates — These updates include any major
changes to the underlying Citrix product architecture and/or updates to
the feature set of a given Citrix product platform.
Historically, these updates were referred to as Platform and Feature Releases.
Subscription Advantage News and Updates — Members receive
quarterly e-mail notifications, designed to keep members abreast of the
latest news at Citrix, covering such topics as availability and
information on the latest updates to Citrix products (product version
updates), and how to obtain them. In addition, these communications
offer previews of new Citrix product launches and notification of any
changes to the Subscription Advantage program.
Secure Portal Access (SAMRI) — The Citrix Subscription Advantage
Management-Renewal-Information system, better known as SAMRI, is
available 24/7 to all program members. This system will enable you to
properly manage your Subscription Advantage licenses to ensure you
receive all the benefits of membership.
