Insight and Hanu have entered into a merger agreement, supercharging our global cloud solutions and services capabilities.

Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 solutions integrator helping organizations accelerate their digital journey, and Hanu Software, a leading provider of Microsoft Azure based cloud solutions and services, have entered into a merger agreement under which Insight acquired Hanu.

Hanu is an award-winning Microsoft Azure Expert MSP certified partner that provides cloud solutions similar to Insight, in the areas of Apps and Infrastructure, Data and AI, and Cloud Security, to hundreds of clients across the United States, Canada and India. Hanu also appears on Gartner’s Public Cloud IT Transformation Services Magic Quadrant as a Niche Player.

Hanu has a proven track record of implementing and fully managing every aspect of an organization’s cloud transformation by delivering application and data migration and modernization services, along with ongoing administration, management and user support. Through its highly successful Hanu Azure Academy, Hanu has a proven engine for recruiting and accelerating the development of world-class cloud experts.    

This is a milestone in Insight's journey to become a leading solutions integrator (SI). The addition of Hanu is a major building block to robustly increase scale. Our combined breadth and capabilities will allow us to better serve clients around the world through our services centers of excellence, including Hanu’s large rockstar team in North America and their India-based Azure cloud experts.
