As of November 1st, 2019, Citrix, decided to discontinue its investment in the Intelligent Traffic Management Service and will no longer sell the Intelligent Traffic Management Service (Standard, Advanced and Premium) and the Network Experience Monitoring (Standard and Advanced) SKUs for new customers.
Citrix will dedicate engineering and operations to support existing customers and evaluate the technology for alignment with Cloud Engineering and Citrix Analytics. Citrix support remains available to all existing partners and customers.
If you have customers using ITM and NEM services under the CSP program, please refer to csp@citrix.com so Citrix can confirm that you are selling renewals or expansions to existing customers. Citrix has removed the stock SKUs for the ITM and NEM services from their price list, but has left the reporting SKUs active for those partners who report usage.
