Article Traffic jams are back again. Back to normal? Not at all.

You can’t ignore it. The traffic jams are back. But most organisations have a new home and office workingpolicy that enables employees to work 2 days from home and 3 days at the office. Or the other way around.If you look at the volume of traffic, it seems that everyone wants to go back into the office every day. The reason why? We asked 106 Belgian IT professionals. The answer: about 50% of the people want to go into the office for ‘interaction and contact with colleagues’. That’s why the traffic jams are back. We want social contact with our colleagues again. ‘Working together and having productive meetings’ – the reason to return to the office that every employer dreams of - has to make way for ‘social contact’.
